My client, a multi-disciplinary Town Planning Consultancy who specialise in a various project across Leisure, Commercial, Residential, Renewables, Educational, Land-promotion and Mixed-Used sectors, is seeking a talented Graduate Urban Designer to join our team.

What to expect as a Graduate Urban Designer?
In this role, you will collaborate with senior colleagues on a variety of multi-disciplinary projects, including urban extensions, regeneration, and masterplanning. You will engage with developers, local communities, consultants, and authorities, assisting in the preparation of planning documents and delivering high-quality design reports.
Key Responsibilities for a Graduate Urban Designer:
*Assist in preparing planning documents, design statements, feasibility studies, and drawings.
*Ensure alignment with relevant policies and guidelines.
*Attend site visits and client meetings.
*Communicate effectively with clients, the design team, and stakeholders.
*Contribute to marketing and social media efforts for the practice.
Essential Skills for a Graduate Urban Designer:
*Proficiency in 3D modelling, hand sketching, rendering, and technical drawings.
*Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
*Solid knowledge of CAD software.
*Must have a degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Planning, or a related field.
*Full UK driving license and access to a car.
