Job Description:
A lovely private equity firm is seeking a proactive and dynamic Team Assistant to support a busy, high-performing investment team in central London. This is a confidential search for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and is looking to make a real impact.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
*Provide seamless diary management, coordinating complex schedules across multiple time zones
*Organise and prepare documents, presentations, and meeting materials
*Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are in place
*Arrange extensive travel, creating detailed itineraries for both domestic and international trips
*Manage expenses and reconcile reports in a timely manner
*Oversee CRM updates and ensure client information is accurate and up to date
*Plan and manage offsite events, client entertainment, and team-building activities
WHO YOU ARE

Requirements:
*2+ years’ experience in a similar support role
*Polished, professional, and well-presented with a positive, can-do attitude
*Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with impeccable attention to detail
*Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with CRM systems
*A true team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with ease
*Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems
Additional Information:
*Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, 5 days a week in the office
*Up to £40k DOE, and excellent benefits
