Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Department: Sales
Salary: 28-30k basic – Up to 40k OTE realistic earnings in year 1.
Location: Office-based in Milton Keynes, 37.5 hours per week (9am – 5:30pm)

Our client, a leading player in the telecommunications and technology sector, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about client engagement, sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
 Lead Management: Proactively manage a portfolio of leads, nurturing them to identify sales opportunities.
 Sales Growth: Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities across a full range of services and solutions.
 CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer
interactions.
 Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer support, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
 Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including technical support and marketing, to provide seamless service.

What We’re Looking For:
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and manage client
relationships.
 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
 Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably ConnectWise) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
 A proactive, results-driven attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
 Knowledge of telecommunications or IoT is highly desirable.
