*Claims & Customer Service Advisor, 25hrs week, Mon - Friday
*High Wycombe, Bucks
*Salary £14.61 per hour (£19,000 per annum)
*Hybrid role after initial training period
New opportunity for an experienced Customer Service professional to join the UK office of a global service provider.
The Role:
Working within a small, dedicated team, you’ll be providing a full customer care and claims handling service to customers including:
*Reviewing and responding to all inbound customer communication via Zendesk platform and determining the appropriate response to new incident reports.
*Managing correspondence from customers, insurers and solicitors relating to ongoing cases.
*Registering incident reports for claims via Zendesk and Investigating claims by assembling evidence and liaising with colleagues throughout the Company’s UK sites.
Skills and Experience Required:
*Experience with insurance claims management and/or Zendesk would be ideal for this position.
*You’ll also be able to demonstrate confidence in complaint resolution to a satisfactory outcome and possess solid written and verbal communication skills
Salary is £14.61 per hour (£19,000 pa) for 25 hours per week, 5 days a week. Benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Enhanced pension scheme. Free onsite car parking.
The role is hybrid once training period complete, although there are set office days which are non negotiable each week.
