Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a global manufacturing company seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Manufacturing to join the team near Leeds. 
The Head of Manufacturing will be a proactive and progressive member of the Group’s Senior Operations Management Team, overseeing all manufacturing operations, and leading manufacturing through a planned site expansion project.
Responsibilities of the Head of Manufacturing will include:
*Define and implement site improvement plans
*Develop and deliver the site’s Annual Operating budget
*Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with company goals
*Manage and supervise the manufacturing team to achieve production targets
*Establish a Quality Right-First-Time culture 
*Optimise production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
*Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
*Lead efforts in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices
We are keen to speak with Head of Manufacturing/ Senior Operations with the following:
*Proven experience in a senior manufacturing role
*Strong leadership and team management skills
*Experience with Warehousing, Production Planning, Logistics Planning and Maintenance operations
*Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
*In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control
*Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
