Job Description:
A top wealth management firm is looking for a polished and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join their team in central London. This is a confidential search for someone who thrives in a client-facing role and can offer exceptional service in a corporate environment. This role offers flexibility, with 18-24 hours per week, but they will need someone in the office Monday to Wednesday.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
*Welcome and greet clients and visitors, ensuring a first-class experience
*Directing calls and taking detailed messages
*Oversee meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are set up with all necessary amenities
*Assist with the coordination of onsite meetings, including catering and refreshments
*Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
*Keep the reception area and common spaces tidy and presentable
*Provide general administrative support to the wider team as needed
WHO YOU ARE
You’re a well-presented and personable Receptionist with a passion for delivering excellent service. You enjoy working in a corporate environment and are looking for a part-time role!
Requirements:
*Experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
*Polished, professional, and approachable with a warm and welcoming demeanour
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
*Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
*A flexible, can-do attitude and a team player mentality
Additional Information:
*Hours: 18-24 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday
*Salary: £34,000 per annum pro rata
