Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Central London
Role Type: Permanent
Work Schedule: Initially in-office, with flexibility after the first few months
Salary: £40,000 - £65,000
About the Role We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Manager to support our Multinational Client operations in Central London. You will play a key role in setting up structures, managing office processes, and supporting C-level executives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing Finance and HR processes, managing external service providers, and contributing to project and risk management.
Key Responsibilities- *Establish and manage operational structures and meetings, focusing on its early stages.
*Provide expertise in Finance and HR processes (advanced in one, basic in the other).
*Develop startup-friendly internal processes while collaborating with corporate shareholders.
*Support C-level executives with management tasks, decision templates, and presentations.
*Review and enhance presentations, articles, and speeches for quality and alignment.
*Plan, document, and follow up on meetings, ensuring action points are tracked.
*Oversee HR initiatives such as recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
*Coordinate external service providers in Finance, HR, Legal, and Procurement.
*Manage project risks, timelines, and budgets using project management tools.
*Foster effective collaboration through committee work and stakeholder management.
Skills we are looking for:
*Advanced organizational skills, including coordinating topics, meetings, and operations.
*Strong knowledge of cross-functional collaboration and project management software.
*Expertise in Finance and HR processes (advanced in one area, basic knowledge in the other).
*Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially PowerPoint) and effective presentation techniques.
*Experience working with large consulting firms is highly preferred.
