Key Responsibilities
*Manage a portfolio of audit and accounts clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery
*Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, reviewing team outputs and resolving technical issues
*Review statutory accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
*Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to junior team members
*Identify opportunities for business development and growth
Requirements
*ACA/ACCA qualified with post-qualification experience
*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Proven track record of managing audits and preparing statutory accounts
*Strong leadership and communication skills
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
