Your new role
I am recruiting for a fantastic organisation for a HR Coordinator. This role will support the employee lifecycle as well as support HR projects and initiatives. My client embraces hybrid working with 2 days at home.
What you’ll need to succeed
Key Duties
*Be the first point of contact for all HR queries
*Create job description
*Advertise jobs and work with agency partners
*Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback
*Distribute offer letters
*Assist with the group and local onboarding process
*Manage the companies benefits administration
*Create regular HR reports
*Manage and update the HRIS with all relevant information
*Get involved in HR projects and initiatives
