We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Battery Performance Engineer to join our client’s Engineering R&D team based in the vibrant city of Oxford.

Key Responsibilities for Battery Performance Engineer Role:
As a Battery Performance Engineer your main responsibilities will include:
*Developing and implementing Systems Modelling & Simulations
*Testing batteries’ performance with MatLab software
*Designing and testing advanced battery cells technologies
*Conceptualizing new concepts for high voltage (HV) battery system
Qualifications / Requirements for Battery Performance Engineer Role:
To qualify for consideration, you must possess:
*Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Automotive engineering or related field.
*Proven experience working on complex projects relating to energy storage device
*Experience in data analysis in MATLAB
*Experience in systems modelling and simulations
*Familiarity in HV battery systems.
*Familiarity in battery cell technologies.
*Good communication skills both written/oral English proficiency level being considered mandatory while relevant job-related qualifications can suffice instead if demonstrating equivalent linguistic ability.
