Our client is committed to ensuring their financial processes run smoothly and are looking for a dedicated Reconciliations Clerk to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis.
The Role
As a Reconciliation Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all of the business’s accounts and transactions are processed and reconciled accurately and in a timely manner. This on-site position requires you to work 4 hours per day, with flexible hours that can accommodate personal and childcare commitments.
Key Responsibilities
• Accurately process and reconcile all accounts and transactions
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy
• Utilise Excel to manage and analyse financial data effectively
Desirable Skills
• Competence in Excel and other financial software
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Local residency in or near Sheerness, as this is an on-site position
