Seeking a Product Manager for Innovative Engineering and Manufacturing Company in Ipswich
We are currently seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our client’s innovative engineering and manufacturing company based in Ipswich.
Our client is looking for someone who has a passion for developing new products, analyzing pricing strategies, creating sales forecasts, building business models while working with cross-functional teams.
As a product manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive growth and profitability.
You will work closely with the engineering, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product management.
Skills & Qualifications for Product Manager Role:
Product Management:
We require a minimum of 5 years of experience as a product manager. You should be able to create successful roadmaps that align with the overall vision of the company. You should have experience conducting VOC research to gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights.
Sales Forecasting:
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in forecasting future sales trends using market analysis techniques. You should be able to identify market opportunities, analyze trends, and develop sales forecasts that support business objectives.
Pricing Analysis:
You should have expertise in target-based pricing methods and analytical skills required when making strategic decisions regarding prices. You should be able to analyze pricing trends, evaluate market demand, and develop pricing strategies that maximize profitability.
Advanced Excel Knowledge :
You should have proficient knowledge about Microsoft excel including but not limited to formulae, data management tools, and other advanced features. You should be able to use Excel to analyze data, create reports, and develop financial models to support business decisions.
NPD (New Product Development):
You should have experience bringing new products from conception through launch into mass production. You should be able to work with cross-functional teams to develop product specifications, oversee product development, and manage product launches.
Hybrid Working Environment:
We offer a flexible hybrid-working environment that allows you to work both remotely or onsite depending upon requirement.
Qualification Requirements:
We require a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to present complex ideas clearly and confidently while engaging stakeholders across multiple functions within the organization. You should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
