Our client is a multi-award-winning private developer, owner and operator of bespoke high-end residential properties with interests in the UK, primarily in SW London, and internationally.
As the Property Management Assistant, you will be working closely with the property & refurbishment manager and be responsible for the management and maintenance of the property portfolio. Our client is looking for an experienced, mature and professional individual with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities will include:
• Management of Annual Scheduled Maintenance Plan - ensuring each property has proactively planned dates for e.g. mechanical & electrical, fire & intruder alarms, fire curtains, lifts, etc. and to make sure contractors are booked in advance
• Property Annual Maintenance Schedule - ensuring each property has a full, costed, fixed maintenance schedule to ensure budget availability and noting preferred suppliers/contractors
• Management of Maintenance Schedule - logging of ad-hoc maintenance issues raised, working with manager to book appropriate contractors, updating as issues completed
• Ensuring all relevant information on each property or service is up to date, including e.g. utilities account details/login information, household equipment/serial numbers, etc. and schedule of approved contractors and suppliers
• Utilities - responsible for ensuring utilities are transferred to tenants and returned to the company at end of tenancy, track own properties utilities and record costs, propose changes to suppliers, etc.
• Tenancy Compliance - tracking and management of fire safety, electrical safety, PAT, etc.
Personal specification:
• Lettings administration or property management experience within in high-end residential property company
• Excellent personal and business communications skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent administration skills
• IT literate
• Calm and retaining professionalism under pressure
• Car owner and able to travel to all properties as required.
This exciting opportunity will come with a basic salary of £30,000. This can be a full or part-time position (minimum of 3 days per week). Salary will be pro-rata’d for part time.
