Job Description:
Home Sales Consultant Position Summary:
Join my clients dynamic sales team and contribute to selling new homes efficiently, meeting or exceeding target prices and forecasted timescales. As a Home Sales Consultant, you will act in the best interest of the company, adhering to rules and regulations to ensure our commitment to exceptional service for our customers.

Main Duties:
*Product and Market Expertise: *Maintain up-to-date knowledge of their homes, construction processes, local area insights, competitors, and unique selling points.
*Understand and professionally apply knowledge of relevant regulations to enhance customer interactions.

*Health & Safety Compliance: *Ensure adherence to their Health & Safety Policy and Personal Safety Policy, including proper use of PPE in construction areas.

*Customer Engagement and Sales: *Proactively approach prospects, manage visitor records, and follow-ups through Weekly Visitors Analysis forms and our CRM system.
*Address the needs of visitors and potential purchasers efficiently and courteously to drive sales.
*Handle reservations and initiate accurate paperwork swiftly, ensuring purchasers are well-informed about the sales process.

*Relationship Management: *Develop strong relationships with solicitors, estate agents, financial advisors, and valuers to facilitate smooth transactions.
*Manage part-exchange properties effectively, overseeing marketing, pricing, and condition checks.

*Marketing and Sales Strategy: *Provide feedback and recommendations on pricing, house types, layouts, and marketing strategies.
*Sell customer extras from the options range, meeting set targets and timescales.

*Operational Excellence: *Ensure the Sales Office, Show Homes, and other customer-facing areas are well-maintained and present a professional image.
*Maintain accurate and sufficient stock of sales and marketing materials.

*Continuous Improvement: *Participate in new development appraisals and meetings as necessary.
*Liaise effectively with the Site Manager to stay informed about construction progress and safe viewing areas.

*General Responsibilities: *Comply with company policies and procedures, undertaking additional tasks as required to meet business needs.
