Job Description:
Paid Media Executive
A growing digital marketing agency based near Leamington Spa are looking for a Paid Media Executive, working predominately across Google Ads, to join their team. This role would be spilt between being office based and home based and the main duties would be as follows:
Campaign Management
Work across a variety of brands, managing and executing paid media campaigns.
Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across predominately Google Ads, plus Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Contributing to maintain Google Partner status.
Optimise account performance by monitoring key metrics, such as Click-Through-Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR), Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA), and Return-On-Ad-Spend (ROAS).
Conduct A/B testing on Ads to improve campaign performance, assist in asset creation and enhance audience engagement.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance, analysing data and trends to provide actionable insights and adjust strategies as needed.
Generate and present monthly reports, showing results against KPIs and making recommendations for future improvements.
Collaborate with the wider marketing team to use campaign insights in broader strategies, including content strategy, Organic/SEO and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and UX.
Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimisation.
Budget Management
Develop and refine paid search initiatives, with a strong focus on paid strategies, handling budgets on a daily basis to maximise Return-On-Investment (ROI) across Google Ads; including search, performance max, shopping, display, demand gen.
Develop Social Media Advertising campaigns, managing budgets on a daily basis across multiple platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and LinkedIn.
Work closely with the Digital Director to ensure campaigns are within budget and aligned to overall marketing goals and clients objectives.
Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that campaigns align with the company’s brand message and client expectations.
Communicate regularly with clients, presenting campaign results and discussing opportunities for growth.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, support new account builds and meet deadlines.
We’re looking for someone who has:
Hands-on experience in paid media, preferably in an agency setting - whether you specialise in Search or Paid Social Advertising, we’re here to help you upskill, learn and grow.
Exceptional attention to detail, is driven, and has a genuine passion for PPC.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related college field.
1-2 years of experience in paid media or digital advertising.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage and collaborate on multiple advertising accounts and deadlines.
