We are looking for an experienced Gas Engineer to join the maintenance team within a leading contractor on social housing contracts. This is a permanent vacancy, offering £35,000, van + fuel card supplied, bonus schemes, uniform and mobile phone provided, along with a full in-depth induction process.

The Gas Engineer role is:

*Birmingham based
*£35,000 + bonuses and overtime
*Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00, overtime available

The successful Gas Engineer will be expected to carry out:

*Service and maintenance works on variety of domestic properties
*Re-hanging radiators and blowtorch handling
*Works on Social Housing contracts

*Full domestic ACS - CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1
*Out of Hours evening and weekend cover on a rota basis is required
*Full and clean UK Driving License
*Knowledge of plumbing (Basic knowledge)
