Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a small HR team reporting into the Head of HR delivering an efficient, supporting HR service across the business.

Our client is a well-established player in the industrial/manufacturing/retail sector. With a workforce exceeding 250 employees, they pride themselves on delivering high-quality products and services. With head office based out of Wakefield and sites across Yorkshire/UK.
Description
*Providing HR advice and support to managers and staff.
*Assisting with recruitment and selection processes.
*Managing HR systems and employee records.
*Preparing payroll data/information
*Coordinating training and development initiatives.
*Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
*Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
*Supporting performance management and disciplinary procedures.
*Promoting a positive and inclusive company culture.
*Travel to other sites as and when required
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
*Proven experience in a similar HR role within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
*Have preciously worked in a generalist HR role
*Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills working with Managers
*Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
*Proficiency in HR systems, reporting, preparation of payroll data
*Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
*Full clean driving licence and own car
Job Offer
*A competitive salary of £30-35k per annum.
*Opportunity for funded CIPD study
*Site based 5 days per week in Wakefield - free parking and refreshments
*Travel to other sites as and when required
