Lead Administrator - Real Estate
Up to £30,000
London (WC2B), Hybrid Working
Are you a detail-driven professional with Real Estate experience looking for the next step in your career? We are seeking a Lead Administrator to join our client’s dynamic Real Estate team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to provide essential administrative support to partners and fee earners, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client service.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing critical deadlines, handling financial processes, coordinating SDLT and Land Registry filings, and overseeing client care letters, matter openings and closings, and data room management. You will also have the opportunity to supervise a team, improve processes, and uphold high standards of service.
We’re looking for candidates with at least 6 months of Real Estate experience, strong communication and organisational skills, excellent IT proficiency, and a professional, confident approach that builds trust and credibility.
