Job Description:
HR Advisor needed in Basingstoke Paying £19.18 per hr Ref 5259012
Full time hrs on a temporary basis
Provide expert HR advice and guidance to all areas of the business, supporting managers in dealing with people matters and enhancing overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Report to the Employee Relations Specialist, providing comprehensive HR advice and guidance.
* Utilise management information and trend analysis to support performance management.
* Liaise with the People team to stay informed about department priorities and initiatives, supporting their implementation across the organisation.
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, contractors, and partnering agencies to contribute to corporate objectives.
* Support HR Business Partners with organisational change outcomes, including restructures, changes to T&C’s, redeployment, outplacement, redundancy, and TUPE transfers.
* Manage employee relations (ER) issues arising from organisational changes.
Ideal Requirements:
* CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in HR.
* Strong understanding of employee relations and organisational change processes.
