Join Our Team - Student Behaviour Support Role in SEMH School
Position: Student Behaviour Support
Location: Manchester Central Area,
Hours: 08:30 AM - 15:30 PM
Salary: From £100 per day upwards!

About the School
Located in Central Manchester, this SEMH school provides a nurturing and inclusive environment for students aged 6 to 14 with complex needs and associated anxieties. The school focuses on building resilience and fostering positive behaviours through tailored interventions, outdoor education, and therapeutic approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the Student Behaviour Support team, you will:
*Support individual students by implementing tailored strategies to address their emotional and behavioural needs.
*Help students build positive relationships and develop effective coping mechanisms.
*Work collaboratively with staff to ensure classrooms are inclusive and supportive spaces for all students.
*Encourage and reinforce appropriate behaviours through proactive techniques and consistent routines.
*Keep records of student progress, contributing to reviews of behaviour management plans.
