Sales Manager - Manchester
Working closely with developers, and both local and international sales partners, the sales manager will source and promote only the best investment opportunities to existing clients and the market.
Are you ready to take the lead and drive success in a thriving property sales environment? We’re seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager to join a dynamic team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented individual with a passion for property and a proven track record in sales management.
What’s on Offer: *Starting Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE), £70k OTE
*Commission: 5-10% of departmental revenue

*Company phone and laptop
*25 days annual leave (+1 per year of service, up to 30 days)
*Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm

Key Responsibilities: *Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales consultants.
*Client Management: Onboard new vendor clients and oversee the valuation, marketing, and exposure of all sales listings.
*Pipeline Management: Drive departmental success by managing the sales pipeline and ensuring efficient progression of transactions.
*Global Communication: Provide expert advice and maintain strong communication with clients across the world.
*Collaboration: Work cohesively with the wider team to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
*Event Support: Represent the company at UK and international launch events, working closely with sales partners and developers.
*Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with partner brokers, solicitors, developers, and other third parties.
About You: *Proven experience in a sales management role, ideally within the property or related sectors.
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire confidence in clients and team members.
*Highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and achieving results.
