An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Paralegal to join a well-regarded and forward-thinking firm based in Solihull. This role is ideal for an experienced individual who is looking to advance their career within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
*Manage your own caseload of private client matters, including:
*Drafting simple and complex wills.
*Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
*Handling Court of Protection matters.

*Provide high-quality drafting and file management to ensure efficiency and compliance.
*Work collaboratively with clients to build strong, positive working relationships.
*Meet and exceed financial targets set by the firm.

About You:

The ideal candidate will:
*Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in private client work, managing their own caseload.
*Possess strong drafting and file management skills.
*Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring positive client engagement.
*Be results-oriented with the ability to meet financial and performance targets.
*Show a proactive and professional approach to their work.
