Job Description:
Would you like to join a small charity to make a huge difference to adults with learning disabilities? Want to support learners without the pressure of targets. Do you have a passion for SEN and employability skills you are wanting to use to impact positive change? 

The role is based in Kensington and will see you support a caseload of adult learners 25+ into paid employment. It is a fun environment where learners get to experience drama, art, sport, trips as well as get their employment support. Learners also have opportunities to do paid work within the service in selling, gardening and recently bike repair. Your key responsibilities will include:

•    Running group sessions of 4-5 learners on employability.
•    Supporting Learners on a one-to-one basis.
•    Supporting learners in their external placements.
•    Build relationships with employers for opportunities for learners.
•    Help with creating CVs. 

The role is Monday to Friday 9-5 with the very occasional flexing of hours to support learners whose work hours are different. 
You must have experience in employability working with vulnerable people ideally SEND with autism / learning disability experience.  This role would suit employment advisor, job coach or recruiters with work or lived experience of SEND.
