DevOps Engineer
Newcastle/ Manchester 2 days a week
£500 Inside IR35
Must hold active Security clearance due to the time scale of the project
Must have experience in government departments
DevOps Engineer
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating and delivering software to create a robust DevOps toolchain that supports efficient product delivery. Key responsibilities include:
Must have expereince in Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab, Nexus, Maven, AWS, HELM
- Building and Integrating a DevOps Toolchain: You will translate technical requirements into an effective DevOps toolchain, enabling smooth and reliable product delivery.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping them grow and develop their DevOps skills.
- Scalable Deployment Strategies: Ensure that deployment strategies are repeatable, scalable, and highly available to meet business needs.
- Technical Problem Solving: Leverage your deep technical expertise to assist delivery teams and resolve complex issues.
- Project Planning and Design: Lead the planning and design of large-scale projects, managing multiple stories and tasks.
- CI/CD Pipeline Management: Ensure that Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) tools and pipelines are continuously updated and maintained.
- Compliance with Engineering Standards: Follow established engineering guidelines and standards throughout the onboarding process and project lifecycle.
