Are you ready to start a career in materials testing with hands-on experience and a recognised qualification? Join our Ibstock Head Office laboratory team in Leicestershire, where you’ll work toward a Level 5 qualification in Mineral Products over 2 1/2 years.

What You’ll Be Doing:
*Preparing and testing raw materials, including clay, sand, and fuel
*Analysing finished products for standards like compressive strength, water absorption, and durability.
*Recording and documenting test results.
*Supporting research and development in materials testing.
*Assisting with SSOP development and risk assessments.
Who We’re Looking For:
*Practical and hands-on individuals eager to gain real-world experience with a market-leading manufacturer.
*Minimum 5 GCSEs at Grade 4-9 (or equivalent) including Maths, English, and Science.
*A-levels, NVQ Level 3, or BTEC in Science, or a related field.
*A full UK driving license is advantageous, with flexibility to travel when needed
