Part-Time Opportunity: Join Our Growing Team!
Are you searching for a family-friendly, part-time role that offers flexibility and the chance to be part of a thriving business? Look no further!
We’re seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team for 24 hours per week, ideally over three days (but we’re happy to explore flexibility for the right person).
As a vital part of our team, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers and engineers while contributing to our growing success. Your responsibilities will include:
*Preparing and providing quotations to customers.
*Handling telephone inquiries and offering excellent customer service.
*Acquiring new customers and nurturing relationships.
*Carrying out general office administration tasks.
*Gaining and sharing technical knowledge (full training provided).
*Processing new business on our systems.
*Calculating renewals for manual customers.
*Attending sales visits and exhibitions as part of the team.
What we’re looking for:
*Excellent communication skills and previous administrative experience.
*A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
*A clean driving license, as occasional travel may be required.
