Salary:                        £18.46 per hour PAYE + £2.32 per hour holiday

*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
*Proficiency in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the highest standards of care.
*Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on client-centred solutions.
  
Preferred Qualifications:
*Relevant degree or professional certification in social work, housing management, or a related field
*Proven track record of successful program management and service delivery in the supported housing sector
*Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for making a meaningful impact in the lives of vulnerable individuals
