What will you do as a Logistics & Finance Exec?
*Management of shipments both inbound and outbound from UK/US/Europe
*Build relationships with logistics partners and 3PL warehouses
*Monitor stock levels in the warehouse and ensure smooth/efficient operations
*Assist with group finance coordination, including PO’s, Invoices, month end reconciliation.
*Maintain financial records related to logistics, budget tracking, expense reconciliation and cost analysis.
*Assisting the COO ensuring compliance with financial policies, regulations, and company standards.
What do you need as a Logistics & Finance Exec?
*Previous experience managing invoices, POs and other finance admin
*Ideally worked with 3PL partners managing the movement of stock
*Consumer goods experience within an SME/Start up environment
*Ability to build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
*Confident working with numbers, excel and other ERP systems
