Job Description:
Recruitment Officer | City of London | Onsite (1 day WFH) | £29K + bonus
My client, a well-established organisation known for its excellence, is searching for a Recruitment Officer to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the recruitment process, manage relationships with hiring managers, and drive innovation within the recruitment function. Their culture is built on strong values of collaboration, respect, and innovation. As part of the team, you’ll not only contribute to their success but also grow and develop in a supportive environment. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic atmosphere where your ideas and strategies will have a real impact. You’ll have the chance to work with talented professionals, drive recruitment strategies, and help ensure the company continues to attract top talent. The company values initiative, and you’ll be empowered to make decisions that improve the recruitment process and support the organisation’s growth.
As the Recruitment Officer, you will:
*Oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle, working closely with hiring managers to ensure roles are filled efficiently and in a timely manner. You’ll write compelling job ads and manage the flow of candidates throughout the process.
*Ensure vacancies are posted to the right platforms, manage agency relationships, and ensure we get the best results from external partners.
*Use internal systems to track vacancies, monitor recruitment progress, and identify areas for improvement in the process.
*Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs and ensure that the recruitment process meets those needs. You’ll be the go-to person for recruitment-related matters.
*Bring innovative ideas to the table and work with leadership to develop and improve recruitment strategies. You’ll be instrumental in evolving our approach to recruitment as the business grows.
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, we’re looking for candidates who have:
*A background in in-house recruitment or agency experience, with a track record of successfully placing candidates and managing the recruitment cycle.
*You should be able to manage multiple vacancies at once and stay on top of recruitment progress.
*You’ll need to communicate effectively with both candidates and internal stakeholders, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the process.
*You should be comfortable with recruitment software and using technology to track progress and store candidate documentation.
Why You’ll Love Working With My Client:
*My client is committed to the development of their employees, and this role provides ample opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.
*Join a supportive team that values your input and encourages innovation.
*My client offers flexible working arrangements, ensuring you can thrive both in your career and personally.
If you’re ready to take the next step in your recruitment career with a company that values talent and innovation, we would love to hear from you. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact and be part of a forward-thinking team.
