Your Role as a Band 6 CPN
In this key role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality, person-centered care to individuals with mental health needs in the community. Your responsibilities will include:
*Holistic Care Planning: Develop and implement personalized care plans that promote recovery and independence.
*Collaborative Support: Work alongside service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes.
*Therapeutic Interventions: Deliver evidence-based treatments tailored to the needs of each individual.

Who Are We Looking For?
*A Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
*Significant post-qualification experience in mental health services.
*Someone with strong communication, assessment, and care planning skills.
