*Experienced in mitigating risks through a robust understanding of UK HR and employment legislation.
*Capable of mentoring and guiding staff to ensure the implementation of best practice policies.
*Skilled in identifying HR trends, directing attention to key issues, and optimising resources.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR management role, showcasing leadership and innovation.
*CIPD Level 5 qualification, demonstrating commitment to continuous professional development.
*Proficiency in IT systems and the MS Office suite, equipped to drive technological advancements in HR practices.
