Meraki Talent’s well established commercial client is actively looking for an Inventory Management System Analyst (DRAMS) to work within this growing commercial team. The Inventory Management System Analyst (DRAMS) will provide guidance regarding DRAMS to the Ops and Stocks teams, ensuring data integrity and compliance. This role would suit someone with experience working with an IMS system who perhaps is looking for a new challenge, more breadth and ownership in a growing team, or perhaps someone who is working within a Distillery/Warehouse Ops, Finance, Supply Chain or Tech capacity who has a bit of experience using DRAMS (or similar) and wants to take their career on a new direction, in a technically and data focused role.
 
Responsibilities of the Inventory Management System Analyst (DRAMS):
  
- Prepare master data in DRAMS, codes, VAT, customer details etc
- Facilitate the delivery of DRAMS system changes, including designing testing of changes and developing process docs
- Design and deliver training to new users
- Maintain integrity of the DRAMS system
- Maintain error correction process
- Maintain records for all stock warehoused
  
Background of the Inventory Management System Analyst (DRAMS):
  
- Experience working with an established Inventory Management System essential
- Experience using DRAMS highly preferable
- Experience working within a systems, finance, supply chain or warehouse/distillery operations capacity essential
- Technically curious
