Our clients, a dynamic, up and coming lending firm is going through a period of growth. As such, they are looking for a bright, numerical, individual with experience in Real Estate to join them as a Graduate Trainee.

Duties include:
* Analysing the UK real estate market and considering appetite for future lending
* Handling and assessing affordability of potential borrowers’ affordability
* Underwriting loans to mitigate risk from initial contact through to practical loan completion
* Handling post loan matters from development funding to granting of leases
* Managing live loan portfolio to ensure performance continues throughout term

Skills and experience required:
* Real Estate experience essential
* Strong numerical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Particularly Excel)
