IT Support Analyst
On-site in Sunderland
Up to £40,000 + Shift Allowance
We are currently working with a leading manufacturing company based in Sunderland, who are seeking a talented IT Support Analyst to join their dynamic Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on-site in Sunderland, providing essential technical support to both internal and external users.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure, including servers, network appliances, and PCs.
*Provide expert technical support for manufacturing systems (MES) and corporate systems (Microsoft 365).
*Deliver exceptional Helpdesk services, resolving incidents and fulfilling requests efficiently.
*Collaborate with the wider IT team to develop and implement innovative solutions.
*Contribute to the development and maintenance of robust IT policies and procedures.
Essential Skills and Experience:
*Proven IT support experience, particularly in infrastructure and IS systems.
*Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work under pressure 1 and meet tight deadlines.
*Flexibility to work shifts (continental shift pattern).
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
*Experience in a manufacturing environment.
*Relevant IT degree or certification.
*Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
