They are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Account Management to join their leadership team and drive growth through exceptional client relationships.
Role Responsibilities
*Develop and implement the account management strategy, aligning with business goals to drive revenue growth, retention, and client satisfaction.
*Build, mentor and lead the account management team to deliver exceptional service.
*Serve as the primary point of escalation for key accounts, ensuring client needs are met and relationships are nurtured.
*Build strong relationships with key clients, acting as their advocate within the company.
*Deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
*Educate clients on how additional software can enhance their operations.
*Continuously evaluate and improve customer success workflows, tools and technologies.
*Provide regular reports to the leadership team on customer success performance and insights.
Role Requirements
*Proven track record and experience with Property Management Software - Yardi, MRI, Qube, Tramps.
*Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing teams.
*Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach to client engagement.
*Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and achieving financial targets.
*Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
