Description
The Senior Finance Business Partner (Immediate start) Day-to-Day Duties:
*Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
*Develop and maintain financial models and forecasting tools to support key business decisions
*Collaborate closely with senior leadership to analyse business performance and identify opportunities for improvement
*Support budgeting processes and conduct in-depth financial analysis across different business units
*Participate in and contribute to strategic planning sessions and board meetings
Profile
The Senior Finance Business Partner (Immediate start) Required Experience and Personality Traits:
*Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar finance business partner or strategic finance role, with proven exposure to C-suite and board-level interactions
*Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly
*Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
*Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
*Proactive and confident personality with the ability to influence at senior leadership levels
*Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
*Automotive sector experience preferred, but not mandatory for the right candidate
