The Role
As Assistant Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in our senior leadership team, combining strategic leadership with hands-on teaching expertise in Business Studies. Your responsibilities will include:

Leadership and Strategy: Driving improvements in teaching and learning, with a focus on Business Studies and cross-curricular links.
Curriculum Development: Ensuring a rich, engaging, and progressive Business Studies curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.
Staff Development: Supporting, mentoring, and inspiring colleagues to deliver outstanding teaching.
Student Achievement: Raising attainment and promoting a love of learning within the Business Studies department and beyond.
Whole-School Responsibilities: Contributing to the broader leadership of the school, including areas such as pastoral care, safeguarding, and school improvement initiatives.

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong academic background in Business Studies.
Has proven leadership experience, with a track record of improving outcomes for students.
