Attendance, Assessment & Achievement Administrator
Location: Bromley
Contract: Until January 2025
Salary: Circa £15.56 per hour DOE

We’re working on behalf of our client to find a dedicated Attendance, Assessment & Achievement Administrator to join their vibrant team. This role is central to ensuring the success of learners in the 14-16 programme by providing essential learning support, fostering academic growth, and promoting inclusion within the college environment.
Key Responsibilities
Student Support
*Assist in the educational and social development of students.
*Develop intervention strategies to overcome learning barriers.
*Encourage self-advocacy and independent learning skills.
*Liaise with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to create and update individual education plans.
*Support students in accessing college services, promoting engagement in college life.
Teaching & Curriculum Support
*Contribute to lesson planning and preparation of resources.
*Provide differentiated activities to support diverse learning needs.
*Assist in implementing teaching programmes and supervising practical tasks.
*Conduct structured classroom assessments and provide feedback.
Safeguarding and Supervision
*Ensure the safety and well-being of students during their time in college.
*Supervise students during breaks and other non-classroom periods.
*Highlight and address accessibility or mobility concerns.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
*A good standard of education, including GCSEs (Grade A*-C in Maths and English).
*Experience in an educational or training setting.
*Current enhanced DBS within the last 3 years
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships.
*Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
*Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and diversity principles.
Desirable:
*Teaching Assistant qualifications.
*Experience in a multicultural environment.
*Familiarity with assistive technologies and resources for students with learning difficulties.
*Advanced IT skills and a willingness to acquire new knowledge.
