This pivotal role ensures robust financial control, reporting, and planning for multiple business units in the North. You’ll collaborate closely with the Regional Operations Director to enhance performance and drive efficiency.
Duties will include:
*Setting and monitoring operational and financial KPIs, ensuring their continuous improvement.
*Preparing and presenting budgets and forecasts with detailed variance explanations.
*Overseeing monthly regional P&L and balance sheet reconciliations.
*Leading month-end financial closure and ensuring reporting accuracy.
*Identifying and driving operational efficiency and cost-control projects.
*Supporting commercial reviews and investment appraisals.
*Leading regional financial teams and contributing to key projects.
About the Successful Applicant
You will hold or be close to completing a professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) and have over three years of finance management experience. With strong analytical and management accounting skills, you will demonstrate a proactive and collaborative approach to supporting business improvement and stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills are essential.
