Sales Development Representative
Leicester LE3 - office based
£24,000 - £27,000 per annum (OTE £35,000 - £45,000 per annum year one)

Our client, a dynamic and expanding company are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join their team in Leicester as a Business Development Specialist. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding the customer base and driving business growth through effective lead generation and relationship building! This is not a call centre role.

Responsibilities:
*Conduct outreach through phone calls and emails using provided datasets to engage potential customers and secure their agreement to receive a quotation and visit.
*Evaluate leads by comprehensively understanding their needs, budget constraints and timelines.
*Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by effectively communicating the companies value proposition and solutions.
*Educate leads on the Company’s products and services, offering relevant information and resources to facilitate their decision-making process.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions and progress in a CRM system.
Requirements:
*Minimum 1 year sales experience, ideally in B2B sales.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
*Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
