THE CLIENT
Is a Restructuring, Advisory and Insolvency practice with offices in Leeds and London. The practice specialises in providing bespoke advice to a wide variety of stakeholder groups across a broad range of industry sectors.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
You will be working for the firm’s Advisory division. Your role will be to administer and progress a variety of ongoing formal insolvency estates from inception to closure reporting to a manager, director or partner. Your main tasks will be:
*Case progression
*Statutory reporting and compliance
*Devise strategies for case specific asset realisations
*Tailored stakeholder communication and reporting
*Investigations
*Liaising with associated external professionals
*Agreement of claims and distributions
*Case closure
ABOUT YOU
*Previous experience working within insolvency and restructuring
*Knowledge and experience of all corporate insolvency case types
*Proven experience in managing case load and case progression
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively withing a team
*Competent in all Microsoft packages
*Experience in using IPS Turnkey, or equivalent highly desired
