Job Description:
Role: PMO Administrator
Contract: 3 months initial (Jan-March 2025)
Rate: £200/d inside IR35
Location: Bath (1-2 days per week in office)
A leading organisation based in Bath are offering the opportunity for a PMO Administrator to join their team on a day-rate contract basis for an initial 3 month contract. Working in a fast-paced portfolio management office, the successful candidate will be responsible for administration and coordination of actions across a large data, digital and technology transformation portfolio.
Responsibilities will include: scheduling and organising various meetings; taking minutes and actions; proactively following up on outstanding tasks; coordinating workshops and training sessions; maintaining systems for recording projects/portfolios; document management and retrieval; data entry for and collation of PMO reports; communicating with project leaders and key stakeholders.
Requirements for the PMO Administrator (contract):
*Very strong administration within busy and fast-paced IT project environments
*Outstanding Microsoft Excel (and wider Microsoft suite) experience
*Sharepoint administration & site creation experience
*Highly proactive, delivery-focused approach
*An interest in developing processes and procedures is nice to have
