Your new company
Hays Education are currently working with a well-established primary school in Preston who are recruiting for a number of TAs on a long-term basis starting in January. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children of all primary ages as this role will be across the whole school in KS1 and KS2.
Your new role
*Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children’s learning and development.
*Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
*Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
*Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and development.
*Ensure that the nursery is clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
What you’ll need to succeed
*Minimum Level 3 qualification.
*Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
*Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be beneficial when working with this age group.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
