The Financial Controller role will lead and develop the finance team, overseeing key functions such as month-end close, statutory accounts, cash management, and Capex reporting. Description
*Managing the finance team, including sales and purchase ledger functions, fostering development and motivation.
*Leading month-end close processes and adhering to tight timetables.
*Driving continuous process improvements through IT systems and automation.
*Preparing statutory accounts from audit to filing, working closely with external auditors.
*Handling cash management, forecasting, and forward currency purchasing.
*Overseeing Capex reporting and control on significant investment projects.
*Maintaining relationships with tax advisors and ensuring compliance on corporate tax matters.
*Acting as the main point of contact for our banking partners.

*A qualified accountant with significant experience in financial control and team leadership.
