A leading manufacturer supplying high-tech components are looking to recruit a CNC Machinist. This business manufactures and supplies components into nanoscience and vacuum sectors. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC machine tools.
Role & Responsibilities:
*Set and operate a range of CNC machines (lathes, milling machines, and inspection equipment).
*CNC programming.
*Working with a range of materials, primarily stainless steel.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
*A recognised apprenticeship qualification in machining/turning/milling.
*At least 3 years’ experience working within a CNC role.
*Experience with MAZAK Mazatrol system.
*It is advantageous to have experience with CAD.
*Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
