Job Description:
The Company
We are thrilled to be working exclusively with a Supply chain solutions business who are leaders in their field. We are supporting them in their search for an Inventory manager to join their successful team.
The Role
This is a key role within the business, accountable for the leadership of the stock control team.
Some of the key responsibilities are:
*Manage and oversee stock control operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
*Develop and implement stock control systems, optimising processes and resources.
*Lead the recruitment, training, and development of the stock control team.
*Monitor budgets and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met.
*Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and organisational policies.
*Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support business goals.
*Prepare and present regular performance reports to management
The Person

*Proven experience in a similar role within a fast paced distribution environment
*Collaborative management style, able to motivate and develop a team
*Proactive approach to problem solving
*Action oriented, showing passion and motivation
