Business Development Manager – Reigate (Hybrid Remote) – £50k (£80k OTE)

Ada Meher is currently working with a scaling digital agency as they look to recruit a Business Development Manager to work with their established sales function as they continue to grow towards ambitious growth targets year on year. The role will involve doing market research, developing a sales strategic and developing relationships within target clients to then be able to generate sales qualified leads for the Sales team. The business is a development agency specialising in Mobile and Web App Development and would prefer a candidate with experience in a similar sector.
This role would suit someone who is self-driven and ambitious enough to work independently as well as take advantage of the resources and expertise made available to them internally to aide their personal development. This is a real focus for the client and every member of staff has their own personal development plan and with this role there will be a clearly defined pathway into a Sales Manager role.
Due to this self-started culture the business works with flexibility at its core and it happy to allow the team to work mainly remotely, meeting up in the office for team days a couple of times a week. They also offer flexibility in hours and holiday days, to ensure that employees are able to make the job work around their other life commitments.
To Be Considered…
*Prior experience in Business Development role
*Experience selling software development services or a similar service in the IT sector
*Strong communication skills
*Extremely driven and work well with targets
*Experience with Sales reporting would be a benefit
