About the Role Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Join our team as a Customer Service Executive and play a vital role in supporting customers through their car-buying journey. You’ll ensure a seamless, customer-focused experience while maintaining high levels of satisfaction for both customers and dealers.
Key Responsibilities *Documentation & Processes: *Check and submit finance documents and supporting information accurately.
*Ensure efficient handovers to the Car Collection Team.
*Communication: *Proactively engage with customers and dealers to maintain outstanding service levels.
*Address and resolve any post-purchase issues.
*Customer Experience: *Gather testimonials and photos for successful purchases to celebrate customer satisfaction.
Day-to-Day Expectations *Hours: Monday to Sunday, 9 am to 8 pm (rotational shifts).
*Weekend and Bank Holiday work is required, with time off given in the following week.
*Location: Office-based role due to regulatory requirements.
Must-Have Skills & Attributes *Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver results promptly.
*Passionate and motivated, both for the role and personal growth.
*Experience in a fast-paced administration/office environment. (Industry experience is helpful but not essential.)
