Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced baker to join our team. As a baker you will be responsible for:
*Preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
*Maintaining high standards of quality and consistency
*Experimenting with new recipes and seasonal specials
*Ensuring cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen adhering to health and safety regulations
*Collaborating with the team to create a positive and efficient work environment
*Ensure all baked goods meet high-quality standards
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a baker in a craft or artisan bakery
*Strong understanding of baking techniques and ingredients
*Passion for creating high-quality, delicious products
*Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
*Ability to work early mornings and weekends as needed
