Your new role
You willbe responsible for answering email queries directed to the finance helpdesk,ensuring a high level of customer service and efficiency.
*Respondingto finance-related email queries promptly and accurately.
*Providingexceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
*Performingroutine systems tasks within Oracle.
*Assistingwith finance-related tasks, including receivables and procure-to-pay (P2P)processes.
*Supportingsystem administration tasks as needed.

What you’ll need to succeed
You willhave:
*Experiencewithin finance, particularly in receivables and P2P processes.
*Strongcustomer service skills with a focus on finance-related queries.
*Experiencewith Oracle systems
*Anysystem administration experience is a significant advantage.
